So, I'm having one of those days today. I'm still in my pj's and my daughter is running around in her pj top and a diaper. Am I the only one who does this? I feel so guilty when I do this, but I haven't done it in awhile. Well, if we don't have somewhere to be in the morning we tend to be in our pj's most of the morning but I am usually doing something. I am a morning house cleaner in pj's! That is how most of my cleaning gets done and with my daughter running around "helping". They're not even cute pj's....ugly old pj pants and a t-shirt that says, "It's all about Rusty."
Just so you know..I am working on getting laundry done, I washed the dishes and I did take care of our cat's litter box. Does that all count for anything? I wouldn't let myself escape into blog world until those things were done. Oh, and I did manage to keep my child alive this morning although not too entertained. Daddy has taken over with her.
I have some pics of the newest totes that I have made. I think I have mastered this style of tote. Why am I making all of these? I am actually helping out my mother-in-law who is an avid quilter. She is going to be selling items at a festival our town has over Labor Day. She asked me to help her out by making some things. Now quilts scare me...all the exact measuring and matching up points, so I am taking over on totes. Ha! That is what these bags are for. I am going to try to master a few more patterns for her too. She is quite the slave lord. Ha! She is so good to us so it is the VERY least I can do.
I need your thoughts though. What do you think of this style? Would you use something like this? I like it, but that's only my opinion. Hubby has no in-put because he is not a girl...that's what he told me. But he likes them. :)
Should I try to add a pocket to some of them? I thought about coming up with a cosmetic case pattern to make for each one. Help!
